What is the new date for Ground Zero Run 2020?

The new date of the run will be Sunday, 06 September 2020 at Marina Barrage from 7am – 1pm.

I’ve registered for Ground Zero Run. Do I need to do anything now that the event is postponed?

For registered runners, no additional action is required. Your slot will be automatically transferred to the new date.

Is my registration transferable? I cannot make it on the new date of race as I will be away.

Will the race pack collection dates be postponed as well?

Yes. Details of the race pack collection will be announced at a later date.

In the event of further postponement or cancellation, how would the organiser inform all the runners?

All announcements will be posted on our event website and all across our social media Runners will be notified via email.

All enquiries related to Ground Zero Run 2020 can be directed to info@groundzerorun.com or call our hotline at 6332 6320. (Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 6:00pm. Our office is closed on weekends and public holidays.

Will you be providing a refund option for participants who are not able to attend on the rescheduled date?

The registration fee is non-refundable, in accordance with our admission rules. Please reach out to info@groundzerorun.com should you wish for further clarification. Thank you.

How certain are you that the coronavirus will clear up by the new race date of 06 September 2020?

We are not but rest assured that the organising committee will monitor the situation very closely and will make necessary adjustments should the need arise. The wellbeing of our participants and the public takes precedence over everything else.
